A native Texan from the small town of Mexia, Dr. Brandon attended the University of Texas at Dallas where he completed a double major in Biology and Business Administration while playing four years of Varsity baseball. After graduating, he attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. Dr. Brandon continued his studies in Pediatric Dentistry by completing his Pediatric Dentistry Residency at UTHSC in San Antonio.

Dr. Brandon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and has specialized training in providing comprehensive dental care for children of all ages, those with special needs, and the medically compromised. He also specializes in sedation, anesthesia dentistry, and interceptive orthodontics.

Dr. Shamblin lives in New Braunfels with his wife, Terry Lind, three sons and twin girls. Outside the office, Dr. Shamblin is active in his church and he enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping up with all things college sports, particularly the Texas Longhorns.
