Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and we do not double-book appointment times. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete any paperwork. Click here to schedule an appointment online.

Children tend to do better in the dental office when they are not tired. Therefore, we encourage morning appointments, especially for pre-school or nervous children.  Please keep in mind that a dental appointment is an excused absence from school, and we will provide any necessary documentation your child’s school may require.

We value and respect the time you set aside to visit our office, so we commit to you to minimize any unnecessary wait time. While we pride ourselves on our efficiency, occasionally an emergency may arise that will result in a slight delay. We will make every attempt to communicate with you should this happen prior to your scheduled appointment time.

We request that you provide 24-hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  This advance notice gives us the opportunity to schedule another patient in your canceled time slot.  After missing your second appointment without notifying us in advance, your account is subject to being charged an additional fee.

At Treetop Pediatric Dentistry, teamwork is one of our core values. Dr. Brandon depends on parents to take an active role in their children’s dental and oral health.  We always encourage parents to accompany their children in our clinical area during exams and treatment.

As a father of four (including twins), Dr. Brandon understands the difficulties that come with coordinating multiple schedules and appointments for siblings. As a courtesy to you, we will happily accommodate appointments for multiple siblings.  Our office is especially designed to keep children of all ages occupied and entertained so parents can accompany one child during exams or treatment while other children can play.  It is extremely important, however, that scheduled appointments are not missed or cancelled as this can create scheduling complications.

We want to give your child a positive experience to build on. That is why we offer our patients a complimentary “Happy Visit” to give your little one an opportunity to feel more comfortable in our office and become familiar with our staff before their first visit with Dr. Brandon.  One of our talented dental assistants will escort you and your child around the office introducing them to the unique and fun environment we provide in addition to meeting Dr. Brandon.
