Treetop Family,
What if a community came together to make a big impact? What if a people rallied together to change the life of someone else? What if a dental office in New Braunfels, TX provided health care to those who would otherwise have none?!
I write this letter to you with great excitement and anticipation. As many of you know, I have traveled to Gonaives, Haiti with Coreluv International twice in the past year to provide dental care to orphans, widows and others. But, more importantly, I have been able to share the love of Jesus that has encapsulated my life. My wife, Terry Lind, and I have committed to spending at least two weeks a year serving abroad, and hopefully more in the future.
During my first visit to Haiti, I had a vision that Treetop Pediatric Dentistry could impact a world we know little about. We have been blessed to be a part of such a supporting community in New Braunfels, and we feel it is our duty to use our resources by helping provide the most basic of needs to others.
On May 20th we will be hosting a fundraising event called ONEDay. This is a day where my office will commit One Day of our production revenue to benefit Coreluv International in its efforts to build a health and dental clinic
in Myan, Haiti. As an added incentive, an anonymous donor has agreed to match all gifts given in the month of May! So, every dollar received on our ONEDay event will be DOUBLED! I have been honored to be a part of the design of this health clinic which is scheduled to break ground in about two months. In September, Terry Lind and I will be on the ground in Haiti and I hope to return with pictures and stories of how the families of our dental practice helped change the lives of this community.
Parents, if your child has unscheduled dental treatment, may I encourage you to call Ms. Christina or Ms. Priscilla and schedule for May 20th? Perhaps your child has no outstanding dental treatment but you would like to make a donation, I would be honored to present that donation on behalf of the Treetop family.
Thank you for your support!
